Angel Tree

We are offering an Angel Tree program again this year thanks to the generosity of our school staff and local churches. Registration forms have already gone out to some families. If you feel your family will need assistance this Christmas with gifts for your children, please contact Ms. Crosby as soon as possible. We will make every effort we can to help your family. The deadline is October 31st!

Rachel’s Challenge

As you are aware, Rachel’s Challenge was presented to BMS in September. This program was impactful for our students, staff, and our community. We appreciate all of those who came out to our Community Night – we had a great turnout!

Our students and staff have signed the banner to accept Rachel’s Challenge, and we are working hard to keep BMS a warm and welcoming place for all.

Rachel challenged us to:

1.     Look for the Best in Others

2.     Dream Big

3.     Choose Positive Influences

4.     Speak with Kindness

5.     Start Your Own Chain Reaction

We are starting a Chain Reaction around BMS, and will be displaying this chain-link around the school. The links have acts of kindness written on them that students around BMS have displayed. Each grade has a different color for their links: 8th Grade is maroon, 7th grade is gold, & 6th grade is white. We hope to wrap this chain around the entire school! I challenge you to start your own chain reaction of kindness at home.
